Larry has a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and an associates of science degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Larry has over 40 years of experience including structural design, construction inspection, and project management. He spent 12 years on a local Planning Board, and spent a number of years providing design and planning expertise to a local developer. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts. Charles Ogden is a registered professional civil engineer in Massachusetts. Charlie has a bachelor of science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an associates of science degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Charlie has over 15 years of industry experience including residential and commercial subdivision and site plan permitting, as well as septic system, sewer and drainage system designs. He is a Massachusetts Approved Soil Evaluator, and Septic System Inspector; He is an AutoCAD Civil 3D Certified Professional.
